This ~8-hour scheduled online workshop is the Alberta Government; Ministry of Labour and Immigration, COR requirement for all CCSA Certified Auditors.   This mandatory re-certification must be taken by all CCSA Certified Auditors once within their three (3) year auditor cycle.  The refresher is intended to bring all auditors up to date on auditing changes, FAQ’s, suggestions and reminders.  Upon completion, auditors will:

  • Gain practical experience using the Audit Instrument
  • Sharpen their skills; learn how to avoid typical quality assurance issues
  • Refresh knowledge of CCSA Certificate of Recognition (COR) process

The refresher provides auditors with practical demonstration, as well as auditors participating in activities, therefore you must have the ability to download the CCSA Excel based Audit Tool.

In order to receive a certification of Auditor re-certification, you will be required to complete an open-book exam and achieve a passing mark of 80% or higher.
