A new convenient way to access OHS legislation

AB Government, July 29, 2022: When employers, workers and supervisors follow health and safety best practices, everyone enjoys a positive workplace experience. And this is made possible when workplaces reference and apply Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation.

Introducing the OHS Legislation Search Tool

The newly developed OHS Legislation Search Tool is a web-based word-for-word transfer of Alberta’s OHS Act, Regulation and Code. This innovation presents OHS legislation in a familiar search-engine format, enabling Albertans to search for and compile individual sections that are relevant to their workplaces.

Search for specific sections of legislation

Save legislation to your custom quick reference

Share legislation with your network

The ability to create personalized PDFs will make it easier than ever to download and share OHS legislation with colleagues, on posters, in presentations or during training.
